The International Tennis Hall of Fame is located in Newport, Rhode Island, USA. Induction acknowledges an individual’s on-court achievements and contributions to the growth of the game. Each Hall of Famer is honoured with a one year exhibit in the museum that showcases their achievements through video, pictures and artefacts.
The tennis club includes a museum, grass tennis courts, indoor courts, and a court tennis facility. REBO had the privilege of the centre court, a court that has been played on by almost all of our tennis heros!
We had a great time on court with the members, from beginners to advanced, juniors to adults there was something for everyone. The REBO ‘Quick court’ was a hit with the young ones as they pieced together the tiled court eager to get hitting. The players were put through their paces in a series of competitive wall drills and had a fab time learning new skills.
The grass courts were such a treat, thanks for having us! Viva la REBOlution!
