The REBO tour continued in New York as the Riverdale Tennis Club became the latest club to enjoy a REBO coaching session for their members. Riverdale Tennis Center is a family-owned and operated independent tennis club conveniently located in the peaceful, park-like northwest Bronx neighborhood of Riverdale, just minutes from Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
The REBO coaching sessions are designed to introduce players to the benefits of training against a wall and teach how to effectively practice like a pro without a partner. Coach Arthur Bobko is a hitting wall fan and it was inspiring to hear about the ways how he used to train against a wall growing up. We had players of all ages and abilities join in and learn new skills against the ‘Speed’ REBO wall and take part in the REBO YOUvsWALL challenge. It was an awesome session and brilliant to see so many people involved.
