3 Co-ordination drills

Give these 3 drills a go to improve footwork, co-ordination and reactions.

Drill 1; Throw ball against the wall and catch the rebound in a cone.

 

Drill 2; Using a football or volleyball as a racket keep a ‘rally’ going.

 

Drill 3; Follow the sequence of throwing and catching after placing the racket on the ground.
